With 53 different finish selections, TCI managed the organization and coordination of all finishes, facilitated communication with out-of-state designers, and oversaw the procurement and installation of tenant-contracted vendors, including glass, security, AV, and Tele Data. The build featured a thoughtfully designed workspace, including 43 offices, 147 workstations, 12 conference rooms, a dedicated training room, a café, and an entertainment lounge, ensuring a functional and engaging environment.
