The Brandywine Valley SPCA project encompassed many different aspects of development, including land development, civil work, interior renovations, and ground-up construction.
The original building was an 11,000 SF, one-story structure. TCI added a 7,500 SF addition, including exterior finishes, a grand entryway with an exterior structural steel element, storefront window systems, and associated landscaping to complete the project. The interior features veterinary-grade finishes, including epoxy flooring and polished concrete. The ceilings were divided between an open concept and a clean-room-level system.
It was an industrial feel with veterinary-certified finishes meshed as one, a mix of two worlds. The project took around 8 months and was a huge success, one TCI is very proud of.
